Brice's new face

Brice has a new little face that he makes by crinkling up his nose and making a snorting sound. It is so cute. It makes his little face look funny, but he does it just to make us laugh. He is such a little goof ball just like his brothers and sister.

Risky Business

If you have ever seen the movie Risky Business, here is our little Tom Cruise in the making!!!

Aunt KC making cookies

KC decided to make some cookies with the kids. Amber had learned how to make them with a friend and wanted to teach her cousins. I think KC forgot how messy making cookies with little ones can be. Check out the sugar at Ethan's feet, he and KC both were covered in it. The kids had a blast and the cookies were great.

White Water Rafting

While KC was here we decided it would be fun to try out white water rafting. Charlotte has a white water center where the Olympians train and you can pay and raft there. The river is just like a real river, we had a ton of fun. We only almost fell out a couple of times. Don't we look great in our safety gear. Jeremy and the kids loved watching from the shore line.

Girls trip to the Mountains

KC and her two girls Amber and Lindsey came to visit for a long weekend. They had never seen mountains so we decided to take a day trip. Just the girls made the drive while the boys got to play at a friends house. We had a bunch of fun, and even got to take a hike to a waterfall, but never actually made it to the falls, ( we aren't much of hikers) so KC decided to play in the creek with the kids. We had driven around for an hour looking for the falls and she wasn't going to let it be a waste. Ashley loved playing in the water and the day trip with her cousins

Go-Cart Mania

While on vacation we took them to ride the Go-Carts and like everything else in our lives it was an adventure with 4 babies.

Ashley was not to sure about the whole driving thing, she was a nervous wreck. Her little knuckles were white the whole time from holding onto the steering wheel so hard, she said she never wanted to do it again.

Ethan loved every minute of it. It was as if his need for getting into danger
was being allowed by his parents and he didn't take one minute for granted.

Hayden was very sad because he was too little to go, he just sat and watched with that sad little pout on his face.

He was then very happy because his daddy gave in and took him on the big boy carts, while the others sat with pouts on their faces because they didn't get to go too. Oh well you can't make everyone happy.

Fun in the Sun

We started the summer off in a great way, the kids got out of school and that afternoon we were off on vacation to Panama City Beach. We got to spend a little bit of time with Jodi, KC, and their families, our weeks at the beach overlapped on the weekends. We had so much fun just relaxing and watching the kids. The kids loved playing in the water and the sun, they are our beach bunnies.

Hayden was quite the little swimmer this year, by the end of vacation we even had him swimming without his floaties.

Ethan loved being out in the sun, he was always getting into things
and trying to see exactly what he could get away with.

Ashley couldn't swim without her goggles, aren't hey quite the fashion statement!!!! She swims like a little fish now, diving down to the bottom of the pool and coming back up.

Brice loved the water!!! He even started to crawl
while we were at the beach this year. He is growing
so quick, and he is always such a happy baby.
That smile you see is constantly on his little face.

Ashley's First Graduation

It is official, not only is our little girl in school, but she has finished her first year. It was amazing to watch her little mind grow and develop this year. She did great, we never had any problems. The first time she read my eyes filled up with tears and my heart with pride. She even had two speaking parts in both of their little kindergarten programs this year (that is just the mom bragging a little). Ashley loves learning and is going to do great things!!!
